That's right...and that is of course, how it should be.  You remember
the time Martyn, when I knew I had to start playing loud.  It was during
a rehearsal on Harmony Music, I was 17 years old, and I was rather
aggressively informed by a certain conductor that I had to 'f***ing
blow'.
