Maybe you could try a wooden mouthpiece. I've had one from Maurice Benterfa.
It can be obtained from Bill Lewington (you can check out what you'd need at
their website or in their catalogue) or go to the website of Maurice
Benterfa to see how they look like.

They must help you out when suffering from allergy!

A little warning at the end: they are  expensive...... 71 pound!!!!
That's the reason for me not to replace mine now it's broken..... since I
don't suffer from allergy and can do with a nickel or any metal one!
