I have played a version of One moment in time, which goes on for ever and ever and ever, a version of eternal flame which nothing happens in, a version of Shhh by Bjork (words fail me) and a version of the final countdown, which is frankly embarrasing. Brass Bands cannot imitate pop bands so why on earth do people try ? You dont find Bon Jovi singing Spectrum now do you ????? I have taken the liberty of donating all of these pieces to our local scout band, whose representative went away with a huge smile muttering something about bonfire night. I also included all of our Frank Bernarts pieces into his collection. Yes i have had a bad day at work......... Rob. PS Nights in white satin was garbage as well. --
