Definitely not. Si b is Bb. Eb would be "Mi b".

Translation of brass band notation

	Brass-band		Normal
	----------		-----
	Soprano			Descant
	Tenor			Alto
	Baritone		Tenor
	Bass			Contrabass

Not to mention, of course, the use of "solo" indicating several players,
and "repiano" meaning one player only...
