It has been interesting to see the comments re new instrument quality and
service from suppliers. From the number and tone (response not instrument)
it would seem there are some unhappy campers out there. The people that need
to hear this are the manufacturer/suppliers, so as a suggestion -

Could a compilation of the comments (name and band removed to protect the
innocent) be forwarded to all suppliers for their info.

The list covers a large group of people and organisations that have a
serious interest in brass instruments which is a reasonable size industry.
As such it should be able to exert some influence which, if achieved, would
definitely add to the value of belonging to the list.
