I can confirm Annabelle's recommendation of-

 We (St Keverne) used Slaters to buy 40+ blazers about 18 months ago. Their
service was excellent and the cost was well under half the quote down here,
we had plenty of samples sent down and had no reason to return any. The only
problem we had was with a young pasty eater who had to have his specially
made but they sorted that out as well.
