While I would agree that not all 'Elkhart' Conn 8H's are as good as they
are supposed to be, the majority play VERY well. If you take this
beastie to a British Trombone Society do you will find yourself in the
financial driving seat. A good 'Elkhart' 8H or 88H is as good as
anything ever made. 

I've had Elkhart 8H and 88H's, I wish I'd never sold them.
