----- Original Message ----- From: Steven Hawkes <bhawkt@xxxxxxxxxxxx> I must agree with Steven on this one although the basic principles of which Mr Horsfield stands for are justified, I do wonder if his out burst is typical of Kirklees public relations or in fact whether he spoke with Kirklees blessing. I had a recent and similar situation where I contacted a number of music suppliers looking for a percussion part of The Astronaut as it is missing from a set that I had purchased some time ago. The response I got was that it was available for a fee, which I do not begrudge them, however the fee was almost identical to the price of the complete setting. I found this unacceptable and posted a request for help on the list as I did not see that there would be a problem as I do possess the originals; unfortunately this did not produce any results. I then decided to contact the publishers R Smith & Co Limited, who courteously replied to my email requesting my postal address. Within a short period of time the part was mailed to me AT NO CHARGE.............; this.. is what I call after sales service and customer relations. Of course my feeling of satisfaction is overwhelming and publicly congratulate R Smith & Co on their goodwill. Mike Argentino Brisbane Australia --
