Variations in Blue is a very tasking piece by Derek Broadbent. It has been
recorded by besses on a cd called That's Entertainment and it proves very
difficult. A couple of  brilliant trio's are "I will Follow Him" & "The Bold
Gendarmes" The latter is easily made very comical with the right
choreography, The average Trombone player can turn anything comical even
Nimrod! Well, I could anyway.
