Stuart:

I think that Peter arranged this especially for Black Dyke for their gala
concert at the Nationals a couple of years ago (1997?) and this arrangement
has not been submitted for publication to my knowledge, possibly because of
copyright implications?

You could write directly to Peter at the Gramercy Music website to find out
for sure.
