Is it an advantage, for a lower section band, playing a peice that the audience
(and probably adjudicator) don't know "too" well and have'nt heard a recording
of a "real" band playing?

One youngster and one cornet player (John  Bennett, ex William Davis and GUS)
after the player we were intending to play let us down at the last minute.
