Anybody have opinions on Weril instruments?

I've been looking for an instrument for a new-comer to
the world of baritones & euphs.  He's pretty sure he
wants a euph, so I've been browsing some web sites in
search of reasonably-priced, good-quality used euphs.
One place I found is selling two instruments from the
Weril Corporation.  Upon visiting their web site, it
appears that they are in Brazil.  Their web site is
written entirely in Portuguese.

Does anyone have any opinions on the quality of the
instruments from this manufacturer?  I guess as a bonus
I could also throw out "does anyone have a 4-valve
compensating euph that they'd like to sell at a 
reasonable price?"  Considering that I'm in North
America, shipping costs would dictate that such a horn
would have to come from North America as well, as shipping
from the UK, Europe or Australia would probably be
prohibitive.
