Maybe this has been covered before, but as we approach the 'Area' season
(all players needing to be registered) I was wondering how many bands can
boast a full complement of 'regular' attending brass players and also
percussionists (3?), i.e. not having to pull in favours from
ex/retired/hired players?

For example my band is short of 2 regular cornet players and 1 Bass player,
although we have players of the approriate standard registered for contests.
