Well said Jeremy!  Sounds like you could be talking about the England
football team.

	For all those who disagree with Jeremy, just cast your mind back to Swinton
Band's meteoric rise through the ranks to the Open Championship, with (I
understand) very few personnel changes along the way.  Also remember what
happened to them when the financial plug was pulled.
