In complete contrast to the scene painted below our new year involved a very
muddy field, a tent, a generator which Gerry was convinced was half a tone
flat and a light which, as luck would have it, kept going out whilst we were
playing. We thought we'd be in for a quick getaway once the formalities of
the evening were over but people actually stayed to listen to us
afterwards..............whatever next???!

Hardly the most idyllic scenario to end the millennium I know - but we did
get some fireworks and rain thrown in for free!!!!!

Not everyone mastered the cut in the Hallelujah chorus either.........!!!!!!
