Hi Judith,
The best soltion I have to nerves is in one of the best books around, it is
called;
"The Inner Game of Music" It applies to all musicians of al types and It
says a lot about nerves aswell as other subjects.
It is an excellent book that really makes you think, (perhaps too much) It
is worth while getting a copy of it !
