Hi Fellow Listees

I use a homeopathetic cream which contains arnica calendula hipericum and
peppermint (nice for cooling the chops).  We had a hard blow last night and
my chops were really tender.  I did a good long low tone warm down and used
some of the cream as soon as I got home. This morning just a vague hint of
tenderness.

Works for me.
