You are so right David- Drinking and smoking were outlawed last Easter
because the venue was smoke-free and drink-free.  Many social "outcasts"
ignored the rule.

Now our leading body was announced the threat of fines of disqualifications
in future. Must be said that not all venues for the Nation als (they move
around every year) have the same anti-social rules.

Poor Monkey could not believe the lack of social amenities last Easter
