The OSCARS will ne announced next Friday, 21st January, 2100hrs GMT in the
brass band chat room - if you've not been there, it's accessed via the
Delphi Brass Band Forum that Nigel Horne set up. (see
http://www.smsltd.demon.co.uk for more information)

Posting to the list and the forum will take place immediately afterwards.

It would be nice to see more than the 3 people who turned up last year!
