The results of the 1999 Oscars are as follows:

Best Commercial Use of A Brass Band Website 1999:

Doyen - with 45% of the votes cast in the category

Best Band Trade Related Site on the Internet 1999:

Brass Band World - with 34% of the votes cast in the category

Best Commercially Produced Band Website of 1999:

Black Dyke - with 47% of the votes cast in the category

Best Non-Commercially Produced Band Website of 1999:

A tie for The Harrogate Band & the Whitburn Band, both received 36% of the
votes cast in the category

Best Band Association Website of 1999:

SCABA - with 82% of the votes cast in the category

Most Entertaining Band Website 1999:

Battle Town Band - with 42% of the votes cast in the category

Most Positive Contribution to Promoting the Movement on the Internet 1999:

A tie for Nigel Horne & Richard Dyson, both receiving 43% of all votes cast
in the category.
