HI, Colin and everybody!

I, too, wish to congratulate one of our nearer neighbors, the St Louis Brass
Band on their acquisition of Keith Wilkinson as music advisor and principal
guest conductor.  Mr. Wilkinson's repuatation as a fine director with the
Salvation Army is well known in the brass banding community.  We expect some
stiff competition from St. Louis at NABBA this year.

To answer the question, NABBA will be held in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday,
15th April, 2000.  The solo and ensemble competition will be held on Friday
the 14th.  I hope to see many of you on this list there (put some faces to
the names!!!)!
