The place for lots of lottery money is the NYBB of GB and that of Wales and
Scotland together with the NYO the NYJO and the NYC (if it still exists).
All of the above need revenue rather than capital donations and, certainly
until very recently, revenue money was not available from the lottery. The
alternative was the Foundation for Sport and the Arts, but their funding
programme was badly hit by the lottery as their money comes from the
football pools.
