I saw an article in a free paper I picked up on a TWM bus in Coventry the other day, which I then stupidly left on the bus, with the consequence that I've forgotten most of the story details, but here goes:- It was about a band in the West Midlands ('Shotton' was the place name, I think. The title may also have had something to do with miners and/or welfare), which had been reduced to a single player, bass drummer Keith Allen, and was (obviously) folding. The essence of the story was that he was still going along on his own, holding single man band practices. Anybody else heard anything about this? Dave Taylor --
