Hydrocortisone shouldn't be put on open wounds, or near the mouth... bit of
a non-starter for cold sores then!  It's only any good for allergy-type
problems in any case.  If it clears up your cold sores maybe they are not
cold sores but an allergic reaction to your mouthpiece/toothpaste/lipsalve
etc.

Dead dodgy, hydrocortisone!!
