Well done for considering this young girls feelings. Imagine being asked not
to play in a band the night before just because of a silly administrative
error! I can understand that rules are rules, but it's not as if you were
trying to bring in a "ringer"!!!! I personally think that the success of a
band depends greatly on the social factor and I would have agreed to our
band making that decision under those circumstances.
