I just wanted to let people know in the california region that there is a
Brass Band Festival on the 8th of April, the info is as follows.

The 3rd annual Brass Band Festival
April 8, 2000
Rotary Theater
330 S Dollner
Visalia California

Guest Clinician and Soloist, Jim Self

Participating ensembles include:
Visalia Community British Brass Band, Golden State British Brass Band,
California State University, Fresno Britsh Brass Band, Tulare City Schools
Brass Ensemble, CSU, Fresno Scholorship Brass, and the University of Southern
California British Brass Band.

Schedule of Events and times are as follows:

11:00 AM Tulare City School District, Jim Self clinician
12:00 PM three tuba players to work with Jim Self
1:00 pm Visalia Community British Brass Band performance
2:00 PM Festival Band rehearsal
2:45 PM Golden State rehearsal
4:00 PM Concert with Tulare City School Brass Ensemble and the CSU, Fresno
Scholarship Brass
5:00 PM Concert
7:30 PM Concert CSU, Fresno, Golden State, USC, Festival Band
