How do SA bands maintain their standards?
Unlike other bands, we don't play for our own honor or for a temporary prize.
 Our banding is devoted to worship and glorifying God.  Because of that -
nothing but the best will suffice.  God has blessed the Army with tremendous
talent (and a lot of us with mediocre talent) and in turn, we use our gifts
for Him.
Atleast, that's my view.
