OK - 2 points :

1. I agree if you try & hijack someone else's trademark that is wrong - and
in fact now illegal in the US. I have NOT done or attempted to do that.

2. I accept that I did make a couple of comments (2 in fact) in response to
other people's queries, both posted on the same day I think, which said
things like "I can get that for you". I have been repremanded for that and
have apologised to the list owner.
