Hi

I have played in a few bands and have used different mutes depending on the
availability of mutes in the band. Generally what's  asked for here is a
harder sounding mute. We currently use a fibre mute for the piece using
Denis Wick metal mutes where it asks for the tin. In bands in the passed I
have used Fibre/Harmon, Stone lined/Harmon and Stone lined/Metal Mute. It
was generally was on how the man in the middle interpreted it!
