I dont know - why not go the whole way and hire a big venue, (Why not go all
the way and do it at the RAH - thats assuming it is in the UK - i only say
that cause thats where i am) do a big concert / contest for a charity and
get some big publicity for it - maybe even an organisation such as the BBC
might even give it some publicity or record it.  As to when, i would suggest
sometime in the summer.  When are most people more free than normal from
other banding engagements?
