Guy's, here's a bit of fun.
I'm sure that there is some speculation as to who we will replace NJC with.
The committee have obviously been in touch with all the 'obvious' people and
have so far had mostly positive replies.  However, as a bit of a laugh, I
thought I'd ask "who would YOU have to conduct your band" if money was
available.
We have contacted several European conductors so Id be interested in
opinions about mainland Europeans.
