How do you "poach" a player, do you entrap him against his will. Surely the
player must have some personal choice in the matter. Whatever your opinion
of Dyke they still have the highest public profile and is probably the only
band recognised as a name by non-banders.

Therefore if the "flagship" band can improve by getting the best players and
then long term it will benefit us all.
