Both of these examples are of the band supplying incidental music - I don't
believe anyone thinks "Groundforce - that's the programme with that brass
band" they think "Groundforce - that's the programme with Charlie Dimmock"
Fodens appear regularly on "Song's of Praise" but I'd bet the mortgage that
most people haven't a clue who we are - even though the camera's are
actually on us quite a bit.
Whilst every little helps, 'raising the profile of Dyke' is a little
exagerated.
