All brass band fans in the Toronto area will be interested to know that Govan
Band from Glasgow Scotland will be performing in Mississauga on Saturday October
7th as part of their Canadian tour.  The band is under the leadership of Alan
Ramsey (formerly of CWS Glasgow) and will be featuring items from their latest
CD. The concert will take place at the Salvation Army Mississauga Temple - 3173
Cawthra Road at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for students
and seniors. Tickets may be reserved by e-mailing me or purchased at the door.
It promises to be a great evening.
