Long time no hear. Hope to see you at the nationals on Saturday.

Ian is the 'bone player with the Vienna Phil. Played in a concert with
Travelsphere a couple of months ago, and he was due to leave for Vienna the
following day. (incidentally, he was fantastic and made our best trombonists
sound just OK!)

It took a long time for them to allow women into their ranks (so did a few
brass bands! Some haven't even woken upto the fact), so it will probably
take a while for his name to get listed too.
