If you have been working ftom the arban you will see that it works on the 't
t k' method. This is the most commonly used method and I feel the correct
way to play triple tonguing. Any thing in three whether it be a waltz or
triplets should be played 'strong, medium, weak' - the 'k' being the weakest
sound should (mostly) come last, this obviously makes more musical sense.
There are instances where the 'k' should come in the middle - in moving
triplets for instance, some passages require the order of tongue to be
changed because of the intervals or accents.
Also, as far as the 't' and 'k' sound, Howard Snell pointed out that 'd' and
'g' are far cleaner syllables to use as your tongue is directly behind your
front teeth for the 'd' sound and too far forward for the 't' sound.
Whatever you choose, practice them slowly and deliberately - good luck
