The National Youth Brass Band of Wales did the piece this summer and we
had to order the CD separately from Studio Music.  It does not come
supplied when you order the score and parts as technically it is
'optional.'  If you were to contact Studio Music direct (they have
distribution rights on behalf of the publisher (Novello)) I would have
thought that they'd be able to ship one out to you today - especially
if you can pay be credit card.
