Oooooops - looks like you opened a can of worms then on that one Eileen!

Ha ha

Being such a fine Tenor Horn player yourself, you must agree that the tonal
differences don't suit the 'traditional' band sound.  If people want to be
silly and set up some sort of hybrid ensemble then that's up to them I
suppose...........they wouldn't get away with it over here in Good Old
Blighty though!
