Hello Roy

This was originally released on the Decca Sounds of Brass Series in 1976
(SB325).

The Cornet Concerto is actually played by Elgar Howarth himself!  The other
soloists on the record are

I Dream of Jeannie (David Moore - euph)
Chinese Take-Away (Tom Paulin, Alan Exley and John Kendall - cornets)
Paris le Soir (Elgar Howarth - flugel)

A great recording and as was typical of Grimethorpe back then, way ahead of
it's time.
