OK everyone probabably has a character who has been significant in their
life. For me it was Harold Camm. WHO????? you may well ask. Harold was the
md of my junior band just a year or two back (well actually it's more like
40).
Just a thought. Why not call the awards the "Harolds", or maybe name it
after your first md, teacher or whoever.
