Philip Jones Memorial Concert The remarkable life and work of Philip Jones,
one of the most tireless and inspiring figures of the brass world, is
celebrated in a star-studded concert on the first anniversary of his death.
Reflecting the 87 new works commissioned by the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble,
this concert places four new pieces alongside Howarths masterful
arrangement of Mussorgskys Pictures at an Exhibition. In aid of the
Musicians Benevolent Fund Promoted by London Symphony Orchestra Ltd
