I have actually produced a package myself which is in use with one band in
Scotland. Microsoft Access 97 on a PC is required and it allows the
librarian to enter new pieces and catalogue them in a numerical order but is
searchable by any part of a title, composer, arranger, or music type.

There is also an area which allows you to detail if any parts are missing so
that the conductor will know before the parts are handed out that there is
(for instance) a 2nd Baritone part missing.

If anybody wishes to contact me off list I would be happy to discuss the
development for each individual band.
