Yes.  I have a CD by Brass Band DeBazuin Oenkerk, made in 1994 and
appropriately called Facets of Glass.  The number is ES 47.150CD

(It also contains my arrangement of Gershwin's Fascinating/I got Rhythm,
hence the purchase!)
