Can anybody help

I am looking for advice for the best venue for two senior citizens
on their first visit to the Whit Walk contests. Car parking and
overnight accommodation is also required  close to the contest
location!!!!!!

Advice on best arrival time, contest start and finish times would
also be much appreciated  as our intentions are to hear all bands
and the results.
