I have been contacted by a band in LA who are coming to the UK next year and are
looking for some bands to do a joint concert. Please contact Leonard directly:

The Los Angeles Pierce Symphonic Band is planning a tour to England and
Scotland next year (2002) in May or June.  We would very much like to
perform joint concerts with local groups.  We did this with our tour to
Italy last year (2000) with great results.  (Information about our tour to

Our currently planned trip will cover some of the region from London to
Edinburgh.  We will make adjustments to our itinerary for performances.

We ask that each host group provide percussion instruments, hall or
performance location, and an audience of more than just band members.  We
are looking primarily for wind or brass bands, but will consider any other
large performance ensemble.

At this stage, we have a lot of flexibility in our schedule and would like
to work with interested ensembles.  I ask that any interested group please
