Hi all, In reply to George Fairhurst, and having just gotten home from a very boozy night drowning my sorrows after the Northern 1st section yesterday, I would make one comment. The adjudicator (Mr Brownbill) admitted in his comments afterwards that he was completely unfamiliar with the piece ('The Undaunted'). I appreciate that when a new piece is commissioned (i.e. as it was for the Europeans last year) you are always going to get an adjudicator who is unfamiliar with it, but given that Undaunted was written in the 1950's, would it not have been better to have chosen an adjudicator who knew the piece?
