Hi All,
 This new amalgamation of the gradings should have happened years ago,  The 4th section of the High Peak championships in Buxton was more like an 'open' section for some years, with 3rd and 2nd section nationally graded bands competing. It's good to see the fourth section given back to the fourth section bands, it might encourage bands that have not competed for a while to have a go.
