Its on the conductors score when purchased from S&S.  I bought it for
our band a few years back and thought that the piece was one of the
most simple, complete and moving pieces of music/song (ie amalgam of
words, sentiment and musical expression) I had encountered in a long
time.  Like many of its ilk, its apparent simplicity belies the
complexity in playing well.  IMHO an all-time classic and a brass band
"tear-jerker" even when the audience dont know the words.

I'll have to get it out of our library, but if you strike out Ill be
pleased to do it.  Peeps have helped me on this list over the years...
