hi sid (kevin to use your sunday name)

i agree that the welsh system was by far a better one than the general one
used by the nationals, but if my memory serves me well wasn't the welsh made
to drop their grading system about 3 years ago and come into line with the
rest of the UK

shame really as the rest of the uk should have moved into line with the with
the welsh (ann robinson permitting of course)
