I wasn't there either (before I joined the band), but
none of the "top youth bands" (I spose in which you
could include Smithills?) would've been there really
because it was the school brass band section... but it
was school brass bands from all over the world. ie. New
Zealand, Japan, America etc...
does anyone know if there is actually a youth brass
band section in this contest.. and whether any of our
youth bands are taking part..?
